Insane Killer on the Loose in BC
After reading the preceding article, you have to wonder why a man with a propensity for violence and a legally recognized inability to distinguish right from wrong would be allowed out of a psychiatric facility on an unsupervised day pass. Isn't that how a lot of horror movies and urban legends start?
